Low and High Season

From March 5 through May 27
From August 15 through November 13

For stays up to 2 nights

For cancellation received
Up to 8 days prior to arrival: no cancellation fee
From 7 days to arrival day or in case of
no-show: 1 night penalty

For stays over 2 nights

For cancellation received
Up to 8 days prior to arrival: no cancellation fee
From 7 days to arrival day or in case of
no-show: 50% of the total room charge

Peak Season

From May 28 through August 14

For stays up to 2 nights

For cancellation received
Up to 15 days prior to arrival:
no cancellation fee
From 14 days to arrival day or in case of
no-show: 1 night penalty

For stays over 2 nights

For cancellation received
Up to 15 days prior to arrival:
no cancellation fee
From 14 days to arrival day or in case of
no-show: 50% of the total room charge

NB: In case of early departure , the 50% of the cancelled nights will be charged as a penalty fee.

SPECIAL OFFERS

For cancellation received
up to 8 days prior to arrival: no cancellation fee                                                   from 7 days to 4 days before arrival: 30% of the total cost of the package
from 3 days to arrival day or in case of
no-show: 100% of the total cost of the package
